The model method is used by many students from Pri 3 to 4. However, at Pri 5 level, while a student can still use the model method for a variety of questions, some of the harder word problems can be solved more easily and quickly if one knows and understands the Units method.

This programme introduces students to the Units method, and the various word problems that can be solved by the Units method

It teaches students how to solve P5 word problems using the Units method and compares the strength of the Units and Model method.
