I am sorry about the brag posts of late but we really want to share our joy with all of you.
A student messaged me today to tell me he got into band 1 for his English after scoring 86/100 (compared with 77.5 in the previous test). Another parent told me his child took part in ICAS, an assessment of a student’s skills and he achieved a distinction for English this year!
I can’t claim full credit for the accomplishments- their sheer hard work and the parents’ engagement in the child’s school work are most pertinent, but I am always super happy to hear such good news. I love it when I get to meet such conscientious children and even happier when their diligence pays off.
